We always want everything to work out perfectly, however, if by any chance the item you purchase is not as described or does not function properly, we will refund your purchase (minus the shipping + handling charges). Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping charges – sorry, we apologize for this inconvenience. We do, however, pay for return shipping for not as described and not functioning as expected items. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning any item(s).

There is a 10% restocking fee for in-store purchases/returns.
Restocking fee does not apply to items purchased on eBay.

Any item that has evidence of abuse or tampering will not be granted a refund.
